For five years he was Vice President of Corporate Real Estate for a multinational manufacturing company, overseeing all real estate business and legal matters for over 150 plants, research facilities, warehouses and offices in 30 countries. Seth practiced with the international law firm of Coudert Brothers (now Baker McKenzie). Seth has also consulted to other major companies in areas of hospitality and real estate, including economic incentives.

Seth’s 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry includes 17 years as lead real estate attorney for Starwood Hotels, where he was also business leader for Starwood’s residential branding business and headed Starwood’s corporate real estate department. Prior to her 8 years with Marriott, she worked with White Lodging Services Corp in several capacities, from Director of Talent Acquisition, to Area Director of HR and Corporate Director HR. Anneliesse brings over 25 years of experience to the role, most recently serving as Vice President HR on the Caribbean & Latin America team for Marriott International. Chris Joined in 2020 after working for InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) for more than 18 years with his most recent role being the vice president operations finance, Americas for IHG where he had direct responsibility for the short-term and long-term operating and financial analysis for hotels and resorts under IHG’s nine brands. In addition, he will lead the development and integration of analytical solutions that concentrate on the evaluation and improvement of Atrium’s financial performance.
